Luton Enhanced Access Service

The Enhanced Access Service offers bookable appointments with GPs and other healthcare professionals available in Luton, making it easier for you to get an appointment at a time that suits you, including evenings, Saturdays, and bank holidays. All of these appointments are made available for you to book in advance via your GP practice.

Our clinicians work in local surgeries and use the same medical software as your GP to provide a seamless service.

The core requirements of Enhanced Access are:

• the service must provide enhanced access between the hours of 6.30pm and 8pm Mondays to Fridays and between 9am and 5pm on Saturdays (Network Standard Hours)
• providing a minimum of 60 minutes of appointments per 1,000 patients per week (adjusted population as of January 2022)

The Evexia Health team deliver this service Monday to Friday 6:30pm to 9:30pm weekdays, and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays, from the following locations:

This can include anything from bulk purchasing of equipment to employment and sourcing HR business and financial consultancy support arrangements.

 The Evexia team is here to support practices with quality improvement activities to ensure the quality and safety of the services they deliver. This includes support with clinical audit, supporting practice teams to respond to CQC inspections, analyse incidents and significant events, and sharing good practice.
